If you do send me your book, I cannot guarantee that it will get a review on this blog. I will try to make it happen, though. Also, I will be completely honest in my review, so if there's something I don't like about the book, I will mention it. If I'm absolutely in love with it, I will not hesitate to gush.
If I review your book, I will include that I received it for a review in the "Source" part of my review post. I will also post the review to Goodreads, Riffle, and Amazon.
